Our fee structure is designed to make the weekend as accessible as possible. For this reason, there are different fees for those with an income (waged) and those of us without an income (unwaged). If you need to access to a bursary, please check in the payment list below. The fees are the same for both camping and sleeping in a cabin. CWWN is a trans positive space!
This weekend is for women who identify as women (18 years of age or older). Women are welcome to bring their babes in arms, under 1 year old. You have the choice of camping or sleeping in a cabin.
Waged: $60. Unwaged/ under-waged: $42.50. Waged and Bursary Contribution: $80. There are NO refunds (See above).
Registration: Register soon as we only have space for 80 women for the weekend. Make sure you register and pay with PayPal to be officially registered for the weekend. Please include the name of your paypal account in your registration if it is different from your name.
If you pay by cheque, we must receive your cheque within 7 days of registration or your space will not be held for you. Cheques are to be made payable to Canadian Wilderness Women’s Network, and sent to: CWWN c/o Janet Doner, 80 Metcalfe Street, Guelph, ON N1E 4X6
Accommodations: You are welcome to bring your own tent and set it up or sleep on a bunk bed in a simple, heated cabin. Fees are the same for both options. We will sign for a cabin or tenting upon your arrival on Friday evening.
What if I can’t go to the weekend after I have registered and paid?
There are no refunds for tickets once you have purchased one. If you are unable to come after you have registered, we can put you in contact with the next available person on the waitlist if you would like to arrange an exchange with them, or let us know who will be coming in your place. Otherwise, we donate any unused funds to Camp Kawartha to help allow girls go to summer camp who otherwise would not have the chance. Last year, we were able to donate $2000 to help offset costs as a result of the loom we made and raffled off and unused funds!
